How do I Order?
You need to be able to process a payment online via your Visa or Mastercard backed bank card.
Make sure you have the updated measurement of your bust size. Need to measure yourself? Refer to our Size Chart here.

What’s the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on guguintimates.com using the email address and password you used to subscribe or during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Orders” from the menu, and behold! Your info’s all there. You’re always welcome to reach out via info@guguintimates.com where we’ll get back to you within 24-48hrs.
What if I need to change my order?
We do pick and process orders quite quickly, but we’ll do our best to update your changes. Urgently email us with your changes and referencing your confirmation email to info@guguintimates.com. If your order has already been picked for shipping – you can still return the package in its original packaging for exchanges on BRA PURCHASES ONLY. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on panties for hygiene reasons.

Do you have any retail locations?
Gugu Intimates retails solely online except for select Retail and Event Pop Up Features in 2021 when things are more certain. You can pop in to Miss Salon London Morningside or Parkhurst to check your shade on our dedicated displays in store.

Firstly, your make-up shade is a good place to start (check out our quick Make-Up Reference Guide)
ELEWA: The lightest in the range, beauty in Yoruba. This is your shade if you wear MSLondon Beige 1 and 2 (or MAC NC 35)
AMARA: Our beauty in Arabic is your shade if you wear MSLondon make-up in Beige 2 and 3 (MAC NC or NW 35, 37, 40)
BUHLE: In Southern Africa IsiXhosa, IsiZulu and Ndebele we call our beauty uBuhle. This is your shade if you wear MSLondon make-up in Beige 4 or Caramel 3. (MAC NC 50)
ZURI: Beauty in Swahili. This is your shade if your wear MSLondon Caramel 4 and Coco 1 (MAC NC or NW 45)
RUNAKO: Beauty in Shona (ChiShona – spoken in Zimbabwe). This is your shade if you wear MSLondon Coco 1 and Coco 2. (MAC NW 47 and 50)
What’s underwear without fit and comfort?
How do I make sure I’m wearing the right size bra?
Weight fluctuations and the differences in some brands’ size charts can seriously compromise the fit and comfort of your new favorite underwear. That’s why we recommend that every woman know to check their size every once in a while. If your bra is riding up your back, or you feel like you’re popping out of your current bra cups – you need to get measured.
Tips: Try not to wear a padded or push-up bra while measuring yourself – this will affect the bust size measurement.
You should also be replacing your Everyday bras and undies every Six to Nine months to avoid those pesky underwire “ooopsies” that come with frequent wash and wear.
Is it true that your size chart is a bit on the smaller side of the underwear scale?
It is true. Our launch range comes only in sizes 32A to 38D but we’re working on adding more sizes to our range. Ofcourse we want to make sure we meet the needs of every shape and size of women so your feedback is important to us. Cant find your size?

When can I expect my order?
That depends on your location, and when you placed it. We do not ship over weekends, so if your order was placed after office hours on a Friday – expect it to be picked and shipped with 1 working day after that.
Do you ship WORLDWIDE?
We ship to all major cities worldwide. International shipping cost is calculated after checkout based on final destination.
What does shipping cost?
For orders within South Africa, our standard shipping cost is R99. Outlying areas are R149.
For International Orders, we ship using DHL Express to ANYWHERE in the world within 7-10 day at approx R550/$39. A final invoice will be sent based on value of goods & final destination.
We also understand that our product makes for a really cool gift, so if you have an Express Delivery request, this is at an additional cost. Contact us on info@guguintimates.com with your order confirmation
Can I return my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on BRAS ONLY. Items must be in their original packaging and with no signs of wear to qualify for an exchange or return.
